I have over 8 years’ administration experience including high-level personal assistant roles. I have over 15 years’ customer service experience, so I know the crucial role it plays in any business. And I know it’s not cool to admit this, but I geek out over great stationery, awesome storage solutions, and implementing super effective processes. If I can make your life easier and find great solutions for you, I’m happy! I know my way around all programs of the Microsoft Office suite, and I’m pretty handy with WordPress, Squarespace, InDesign, PicMonkey, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Teachable, Active Campaign and Mailchimp.

for ongoing support:

I operate on a retainer system, which means you pre-purchase a package of hours each month on an ongoing basis. These packages are $39 (AUD) per hour and start at 10 hours per month. If you need more work done during a month, additional hours will be included on the next invoice. Hours are billed once per month and unused hours can be rolled over to the following month.

for ad hoc support:

If you don’t need ongoing support or you’re not sure how much time you’ll need, you can purchase blocks of time to be used as needed. These blocks are $45 per hour, with a minimum purchase of 1 hour. Ad hoc time must be used within 90 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Urgent tasks or tasks requiring weekend work may include an additional fee.
