what you need to know
A 20% deposit is required on confirmation of project. Milestone invoices will then be issued through the course of the project. These projects are quoted based on 4 – 8 week lead time ahead of your launch date, depending on the package and your publishing schedule. Projects requiring shorter lead time may incur an additional fee. Normal office hours apply. Work required outside of those times may incur additional fees. Number of slides and worksheet pages refers to finished product, not the document you provide. Response time for email support is up to 2 business days. Standard service agreement terms apply unless otherwise agreed.
I was time poor when I was in the process of building my online course.
